That dogecoin logo was the final nail in the coffin. I don't see myself posting again on twitter. Elon could've helped millions by enabling them to shift to sound money, but he chose to pump a meme currency instead.

Learnt about Schnorr sigs today and how they are an optimisation on ECDSA in Bitcoin.
A lot of people don't like referring to them as Schnorr Signatures, as Claus Schnorr patented them and thus they weren't accessible to the open source community.
I always wonder why would someone patent knowledge!

Bitcoin is what it is because it is an open source community project. It would have been dead IMO had one person or a handful of people managed it, even if they were anonymous.
Thousands of Pull Requests is what makes Bitcoin so robust.
