Someone I admire for her knowledge of medicinal plants one told me, "The plants you need will naturally present themselves to you". At that time, I was experiencing severe digestive problems. I reflected on all the herbs that had appeared throughout my life, and a few stood out as recurring. When I ventured into nature, there they were: mint, dandelion, oregano and nettle. These faithful companions have been with me ever since, each beneficial for the digestive system.
