The world is being restructured and it’s for the better. Technology is reducing frictions how we connect & communicate with each other (whether through news, money, education or language etc). In the Biblical story of The Tower Of Babel, the unity of language allowed humans to collaborate efficiently. They attempted to build a grand tower, so tall it would reach into the heavens.

The Four Circle paradox 🫨 Proof that the more dimensions added to an object, the more complex the properties of the object becomes and deviates from our brain’s 3 dimensional framework for calculating measurement metrics. It’s why higher dimensional objects differ in size depending on perspective. A 3D object can be bigger inside than how it appears from the outside? In Laymen’s terms, It’s why a 3 meter length car can fit in a 2.9 meter length garage?

It’s a haunting feeling to think we are alone in the vastness & emptiness of the universe.But to accept there is Darkness, is to see The Light. In our little bubble of existence, what we call the small stuff is very unique in the cosmos. Earth could be the only place in the universe where Art, Politics & Science happens. It could be the only place in the universe where we experience Love, Loss, Longing and curiosity. It could be the only known place in the cosmos where Beauty,Pain & Mistakes happen. That is very special. It is worth thinking about, preserving and keeping in mind how lucky we are to be here in this moment. We could be the only place in the universe, that gives the universe meaning. We have a responsibility to preserve consciousness and not f**k it up. If you told Farmers from 3000BC about machines that could do the work of a 100 men in a fraction of the time or a box that regulates temperature to increase the longevity of food, you would look like the villiage idiot. If you told Industrialists in the 18th century about being able to travel across the world in a flying object or communicate via sound & image to anyone in the world at close to light speed, you be locked in a mental asylum. If you told people in early 20th century about having an affordable pocket device that would function as a world class personal AI assistant, automated central bank, give access to all the worlds information, give you the ability to connect with anyone in the world instantly and give you the same ability to broadcast content as mainstream media outlets…very few would take you seriously.

Watching an interesting presentation titled “Designing Bitcoin For A Billion Users”. Mention is made of how making things easier in #Bitcoin  can lead to centralisation as a trade off. Can’t having an open AI software assistant build on top of the base layer solve this problem?
