Happy Mother’s Day
(it’s today win France 🇫🇷 and others countries)
Clever mothers create wealth for the happiness of their children with Bitcoin.

When I tried to understand Bitcoin step by step, I discover that it was not only a question of sound money, transactions, UTXO, fees, miners, etc.
I discover that other concepts has been created inside or around Bitcoin: ordinals, Taproot Wizards, Bitcoin Punks, BRC-20, etc.
I think we should apply the KISS (Keep It Simple and Stupid) software principle. A monetary system has to stay robust and resilient.
Bitcoin has the highest running full nodes, which secures the network. Don’t put useless data in the Bitcoin blockchain, and let people with small and cheap hardware like me help securing the Bitcoin network for free.
X is experiencing major issues right now.
Cool time to use #Nostr instead

There are now in France 🇫🇷 some brilliant young female politicians, who are interested in #Bitcoin. To those who say she's too much like this or like that, I'd remind you that Bitcoin is for Everyone, not just for Reconquete party. The other parties just need to wake up if they want the support first and the votes of few French Bitcoiners.
I'm a single issue voter and I assume.

Happy Bitcoin ATH & pizza day
Here with friends and family

#BitcoinPizzaDay: 15th Birthday.
On May 22, 2010, the first real-world bitcoin transaction happened when Laszlo Hanyecz bought 2 pizzas for 10,000 BTC. This event is one of the most famous in bitcoin history.

#Bitcoin is a swarm of cyber hornets
serving the goddess of wisdom,
feeding on the fire of truth,
exponentially growing
ever smarter, faster, and stronger
behind a wall of encrypted energy.

The BIP-177 improvement proposal on Bitcoin wants to redefine the base unit of Bitcoin by replacing the "satoshi" (1 BTC = 100,000,000 satoshis) with a new unit called "bitcoin", equivalent to the old satoshi. 1 BTC would therefore become 100,000,000 bitcoins. Proponents claim that replacing amounts like 0.00000001 BTC with 1 bitcoin would make transactions more understandable for users.
Saifedean Ammous' Bitcoin Standard demonstrates step by step that Bitcoin is the sound and scarciest money. In the common language accessible to all, it says "There will never be more than 21,000,000 bitcoins in circulation".
With the new BIP-177 proposal, it looks like
"There will never be more than 2,100,000,000,000,000 bitcoins in circulation."
This renders the sound and scarciest money proposition meaningless.
For this reason, I am against BIP-177.

🇺🇸🇬🇧When France's image in the world is at stake, France knows how to give itself the means to ensure its security.
During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the deployment of considerable security resources ensured a very high level of security.
So, given the very high tax burden in France, why not provide the same level of security every day?

In France 🇫🇷, the vast majority of citizens still place too much hope in the State. Over the centuries, our system has ingrained the mistaken belief that a president, a government, an assembly, a mayor, a generous welfare system, the police, or the army could rescue us from any hardship.
This illusion crumbled with the adoption of the euro and the dismissal of the "no" vote in the Maastricht referendum. The French gradually realized that their leaders, stripped of real power, are now reduced to delivering scripted talking points and managing, often clumsily, their public image.
French citizens can no longer wait for the State to reclaim the sovereignty it has relinquished. They must forge their own sovereignty. Their most powerful tool? Their wallet. Voting, which once drove significant change, has lost its transformative power in the 21st century. Today, money holds the true power to shape the future. By fighting with the State’s tools, such as the euro, citizens—unless they are immensely wealthy—are doomed to powerlessness. The monetary transitions, from the old franc to the new franc, then to the euro, and soon potentially to a digital euro, serve as a reminder of a fundamental truth: whoever controls the currency sets the rules of the game.
To reclaim their sovereignty, citizens must invest, spend, and save in a global currency, free from inflation and political whims: Bitcoin. By allocating a significant portion of their savings—at least 40%—to this currency, French citizens can take control of their future. In a country where many still expect everything from the State, it has taken pioneers, entrepreneurs, and dedicated Bitcoin advocates to spark change. Thanks to them, more and more French people are embracing this alternative.
However, this courageous choice comes with risks. Some Bitcoin adopters, along with their families, have faced kidnappings, attempted abductions, or other acts of violence. We must support them, demand better protection for them, and defend their right to ensure their own safety and freedom.
