#bitcoin

Every action has a reaction. My reaction being a financially incentivised knee jerk that kicks my money out of my bank acc to stack sats , due to the action that is inevitable fiscal printing. View quoted note →
Thinking about how the people of 2140 will likely care very little that the last Bitcoin has been mined. An event we speculate a lot about now, will likely feel about as hype as hearing about the anniversary of the discovery of electricity. Some won’t give it a second thought, some will think about their life without it, appreciate the invention for a moment and then go back to taking it for granted. Bitcoin works, it will simply be second nature.
I recall recently (pre nostr) hearing about people finding nyspace cool because you had to do a little bit of coding to make your page look cool, which meant that it wasn’t the easiest thing to setup or customise, and wasn’t the most accessible Platform yet it was extremely popular at one point. I felt like I had missed out having only used accessible hand holding platforms like fb, Instagram etc. Using #damus on #nostr scratches that itch for me 😁
My favourite scriptures when it comes to finance. Truly humbling scriptures and have been an extremely formative lens to view #bitcoin with and what role it plays in my own life.

New game that’ll help you get jacked:
Play any souls game, but every time you die, do 10 press ups (incline, decline, normal). And if you can’t bear to do any more pressups, stop playing and go do something that your procrastinating. Really only works if your addicted to a souls game lol
We need zap history on each profile.

That brought me joy.

Learning something musical and hitting a brick wall and then listening to a complete song in its entirety after walking away from your instrument feels like a high.
