May have the opportunity to take over a small durian farm. My plan would be to convert it to organic. Probably one third or one quarter per season to maintain yields and staff during a 3-4 year conversion.
My question: is this a crazy stupid unfeasible idea or a good one?

Found this in the depths of a nostr thread. It's a really good zero-to-hero orange-pill video that starts with the problem and only introduces bitcoin right at the end.
Every time I search for organic restaurants in Google maps it brings up a list of vegan restaurants or self-proclaimed "healthy" restaurants, most of which serve plant-based industrial slop swimming in seed oils.
In frustration, today I searched for "organic NOT VEGAN" and was pleasantly surprised by the results.
