We have now established Meshtastic on over three different mountain tops around the Spruce Hill, North Carolina area. We are also running coordination with the amazing Christian Rangers. These guys define the word humble professional.

People will never understand what happened here. Pray for these people. Pray for the volunteers. We need all the people we can get up here. We need people to provide security. We need people who can care for the elderly. There are literally old women living in the mountains in tents. Find a way to help directly.

UPDATE: Avery Airfield in Spruce Pine which is running air delivery of critical supplies to HLZs in the AO is now equipping flights with Meshtastic airborne nodes which significantly increases coverage of vital communications.

UPDATE: Meshtastic / Star link / Gensets / Bitcoin has established comms on two HLZ and has received its first genset resupply! HLZ Zombie in action.

Another round of supply purchases and was even able to link up with people coming from Nashville to deliver supplies out east Handed off as many supplies as they had room for. More LOG runs to follow! Your donations are going to get supplies that people on the ground say they need. We’re operating and adapting quickly to changing environments. From @npub1alex...evkz: This is really cool wanted to share. @bitcoinveterans has established a comms network between civilians, veterans, active duty, and national guard and are now coordinating establishing advanced LZ's into harder to reach places in the mountains. Here are some cool shots of supplies being offloaded at AOB Little Switzerland. Thank God we have men like this willing to stand in the gap.

UPDATE: Meshtastic is now airborne on multiple platforms. This means more coverage for encrypted communications with air assets day and night. In addition, 8 gensets received now being allocated to the PEOPLE!

Operation Gabriel update: Jordan has been sourcing supplies and equipment to establish an HQ for Bitcoin Veteran’s relief operations which will likely stage in East Tennessee on the edge of the disaster zone. Here’s a video of how some of your donations are being put to use, what we’ve bought and our plan moving forward. This mission will not be over anytime soon.
