Newbie question: when paying a lightning invoice, a network fee is added to the amount paid by the sender, but is a network fee deducted from the receiver as well? For example: Bob sends Alice an invoice for 20,000 sats. Alice pays the invoice by paying 20257 sats from her lightning wallet (20,000 sats to Bob + 257 for the network fee). In the example above does Bob receive 20,000 sats, or does Bob receive 20,000 - network fee on Bob's end? #Lightning
