⚡️On September 8, 1999, an intergovernmental agreement was signed between Ukraine and Russia on the exchange of 8 Tu-160s, 3 Tu-95MS, 575 X-55 cruise missiles and airfield equipment in payment of the Ukrainian debt for natural gas supplied in the amount of 285 million dollars.
24 years later, Russia is firing those same X-55 cruise missiles back into Ukraine.
