I don't know who needs to hear this but Core is not a monopoly . You can't have a monopoly on open source software that people voluntarily choose to run.

Long before the terms "crypto bros" or "suit coiners" were coined (pre-ICO/DEFI/NFT/MSTR) there were real bitcoiners telling you to only buy bitcoin. Bitcoin has since grown immensely but the real ones are easy to spot, they'll still only ever recommend you buy bitcoin.

When you use bitcoin-only products and services you strengthen the network. When you use altcoin products and services, you weaken it.

How would you like bitcoin to improve? Cat/CatVM to improve bitcoin as an application platform or CTV/LNhance to improve bitcoin as a money Personally I prefer the latter.

26 devs have now voiced their opinion for covenant upgrades to bitcoin. So far CTV is the only op code to not have any one left evaluating it which makes sense since it's the most mature. CTV also has the least amount of "No"s without any "Evaluating"s. If you're a bitcoin developer and haven't voiced your opinion yet we'd really appreciate it so the community can be as informed as possible.
