Zapping $1 and paying a 0.36 fee is symbolic. $1 means it was a fair point worth consideration. $5 means I agree. $25 or up means you contributed some substantial work and deserve compensation. The fee I pay for all sending amounts is 0.36, whether it's $1.36 or $100.36. It's just the fee I agree to for participating in this network. So it doesn't bother me to pay $1.36 for a $1 zap.
