Mom just sent me a picture of her with Aaron Nola (Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher). Bumped into him out in the wild doing normal local people things.
Was looking for pillows. Did some shopping. Hit a mattress store for giggles. The ones I liked started at $152 up to $254. Then she asked me what my price range was and I said maybe $60 and she laughed and said "oh I'm sorry hon, I don't have anything here for that" Have you tried Walmart? lmao.

There are a lot of temperature related things to known in all sorts of baking. Most cake-like recipes, especially in commercial batches don't care, but just about any dough recipe, especially leavened, cares a lot about temperature of every ingredient. It was a lot of trial and error especially when the weather changes and temperature gradients in the shop.
