I think running startos in a VM resulted in corruption of the virtual disk. Anyone ever have that happen to them? No bad sectors found on the physical drive and nothing else I thought to check. Anyway, now I set it up with a pass-through disk which should boost performance and hopefully avoid this problem. IBD is always fun
