Found a Tissot men’s watch today. Nice looking. Turned it in. Hopefully they will get their watch back.

Big storm last night. Knocked out power for a while. I crave the comforts that electricity provides more than I’d like to admit.

Found a diamond 💎 this morning. Was at my 5:30 am HIIT class and about 1/3 way through a woman stopped working out, looked upset, talked to the class instructor and left. After class, the instructor turned on the bright lights and told us about a missing center diamond stone, which had come loose from its ring. They had it before class. I walked to the weight rack and squatted down and with in a few seconds my eyes arrived on the diamond. 💎 Just there on the floor, perhaps next to a dust bunny. Couldn’t believe it and at the same time, seemed completely logical for the diamond to be there. A place of transition. In the locker room after class I heard on the staff radio, that the diamond was found. Smiled to myself, knowing the details. The cherry, on the way out of the club I stopped for a coffee and the server gave me a $0.90 discount. I asked why? She said “you work here right.” Nope, but happy to be part of this healthy community.
