Gm frens It’s amazing that it’s been over 3 years of studying bitcoin and i learn something new every day almost. The last few days have been particularly fruitful: I’ve started running my own bitcoin mode and opened my first lightning wallet (Blockstream green)… which, as far as i can tell, doesn’t hook up to nostr 😅 Zaps will have to wait but I’ll figure out something soon

Today i learned that Blockstream green allows you to create a lightning wallet in beta mode. This is easy and great. But also it doesn’t connect to nostr 🤬

I inflamed bitcoin core kinda recklessly and then realised it almost completely filled my c drive 😅 Then i moved the folder to an external drive and am syncing it again. How is it taking so long to synch up?! 😅

I love explaining bitcoin to people out in the real world. I have a transport business, and when people ask me to do extra work, i say i can do it for an extra change. That usually leads me to work there for an extra hour. Then i bring up bitcoin and end up showing them how easy it is to buy with the money they just sent me 😎 #orangepill #bitcoin

Many people joke about #IKEA being low quality and complicated to assemble. I’m slightly expanding the library to take up the whole wall. I’ve run a furniture moving business for decades and the reason people’s IKEA furniture is often falling apart is because they can’t follow the incredibly simple instructions. Laughable incompetence. What can REALLY make it last a very long time is wood glue. You won’t be able to disassemble it, but it’ll outlive you in most cases. The instructions don’t call for glue but as a sovereign individual I’ll use the glue if I see fit 😅 #books #library
