Fátima Macitela started her business on the veranda of her home, showing that you can begin with what you have. She sells food, drinks, and offers women’s salon services, serving her community with dedication. After seeing other businesses on her street adopt Bitcoin and noticing the “Bitcoin Accepted Here” sign, she became curious and decided to implement it as well. Her main motivation was the ability to easily send and receive money from abroad — something Bitcoin enables as a universal, decentralized, and borderless system. 🎊Today, she is part of Bitcoin Dombo, contributing to the circular economy in Mozambique. This time, he came prepared, wearing a Ninja Turtle helmet for protection.
