You know the saying "If you can't beat them, buy them"
Maybe that's the case now when financial institutions are heavily buying Bitcoin.
Limit supply of 21 million we all are so proud of, have a flaw imo and that flaws are financial institutions buying people's money with debt they can get at stupidly low rates which we plebs can't.
When you hold the majority of the supply, you dictate the price.
The story of an [Onion King](https://www.outsiderclub.com/the-onion-king-of-chicago/) might give us some clues. But that's history and onions can't be traded at futures markets anymore.
But the manipulation of [Gold](https://www.forbes.com/sites/greatspeculations/2019/05/20/yes-gold-is-being-manipulated-but-to-what-extent/) and other "stuff" are very much in progress today!
It's not a question if Bitcoin will be captured but when that will be.
They plan decades ahead. That's why they can't keep phase with today's innovations.
What comes after that remains a mystery but definitely nothing good for us plebs.
And by capturing it I mean that they will manipulate it and regulate the shit out of it, like they do with most financial instruments.
